Filters
Dust and oil vapour can be reduced by filtration. We supply general-purpose DD filters to remove particles down to one micron as well as water and oil vapour down to 0.1 ppm. A high efficiency PD filter can remove particles down to 0.01 micron and oil and water vapour to 0.01 ppm. Top performer is the QD active carbon filter that removes odours and leaves the maximum remaining oil content at just 0.003 ppm.

Dryers
To prevent water passing into your compressed air system we provide a choice of dryers with outputs ranging from 1.5 to 2075 l/s. The types available are refrigerant, desiccant, heat regenerative desiccant, and adsorption dryers.

Condensate Separators
Under the Water Authorities Act 1991 it is illegal to dispose of compressed air waste into the foul sewer system. We supply a comprehensive range of oil /water separators - including the revolutionary OSC system – and drains to provide quality condensate management.
